What Information I Collect
When you use the "Start a Conversation" form, I collect what you provide: your name, role, school or program name, program level, what you're looking for help with, any additional details you share, your timeline, and your contact information (email and, if provided, phone).
How I Use Your Information
I use this information for one purpose: to personally follow up with you about what you shared. I don't use it for automated marketing, and I don't sell it.
How Your Information Is Stored
Right now, messages submitted through this site come directly to my email. There isn't a separate database storing your information at this time.
Third Parties
I work with a small number of trusted, vetted partner companies. I only share your information with a partner if it's relevant to what you're looking for and you're comfortable being connected — never without your knowledge.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it's being used — for example, which pages get visited. Google Analytics doesn't receive your name or contact information unless you separately choose to share it through the "Start a Conversation" form.
Your Choices
You can ask me at any time what information I have on file for you, or ask me to delete it. Just reach out at hello@ronhelps.com.
